We prefer the personal touch so any adjustments or extra requirements can be discussed and added.
We can also advise on any allergens that you might need to be made aware of.
We would need about 48 hours notice for a cake order depending on work load.

Nut environment
We bake in a nut environment, meaning that nuts are always present in our kitchen. So even when a cake has no nuts in the recipe, we cannot claim to be nut free, as there is always a risk of nut being present. This is important especially if you have a very sensitive nut allergy.
Allergens
There are 14 allergens as highlighted by the FSA.
Celery, Cereals containing Gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats), Crustaceans (crab, lobster, prawn), Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs (mussels, oysters), Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame seeds, Soybeans, Sulphur Dioxide/Sulphites (over 10ppm), and Tree Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.)

At time of ordering we can let you know what allergens are present in your cakes.
We will also place a label on the cake box highlighting this.
